Clear communication is key.

A film can be made in a hundred different ways. It’s not something you pick off a shelf. It’s a customised creation. That’s why we believe in keeping the process transparent, collaborative, and simple.

Here’s how we work:

1. Let’s get to know each other.
First, I’d love to meet you to see if there’s a good match.
You can book a free 15-minute video call, or send us an email to schedule a phone appointment.

2. Concept & estimate, no strings attached.
After our chat, I’ll write up a concept based on your ideas and wishes. This will include a rough price estimate.
This step is completely free of charge.

3. Ready to roll?
If you decide to move forward, we’ll schedule a longer video meeting where we’ll explore the core of your business and message in depth. Drawing on my experience as a life coach, I’ll take the time to understand your story, your values, and what truly inspires you. By the end of our session, I’ll have a clear picture of who you are and what you want to communicate to your audience. From there, I’ll craft a tailored script for your film. And I will send the first invoice, 25% of the total agreed budget.

4. Pre-production & shoot.
Once you give the green light to the script, we’ll start planning the shoot. After the first filming day, we’ll send a second invoice for another 25%.

5. Post-production & feedback.
We’ll dive into editing, write any voiceovers needed, and then send you the first version of your film.
You’ll have a few days to review it and send us your feedback. We’ll make the necessary changes quickly.

6. Final delivery & support.
Once you approve the final version, we’ll deliver your high-quality video, either digitally or on a USB stick.
You’ll then receive the final invoice (the remaining 50%). We’ll also be happy to advise you on how, when, and where to publish your video for the best results.
